The process consists of three stages:
Site visit — usually within one to two working days from the moment of inquiry. In urgent cases, same-day visits are possible.
Onsite inspection — typically from one hour, depending on the area and characteristics of the object. But this is not just logging defects in a protocol — our engineers have practical experience in construction, so right on the spot they answer all technical and practical questions that arise: is this crack critical, how will this design or construction flaw behave in a year or five, should one worry about this defect, or is this already a reason for bargaining.
Written report — provided within two working days after the inspection, with clear conclusions and recommendations for further actions. Thus, from the moment of inquiry to the ready technical conclusion, it typically takes 3 to 5 working days — and you emerge from this process not just with a document, but with a full understanding of the object: what is wrong with it, how serious it is, and what to expect in the future.
If the transaction timeframe is limited — write or call us, we will discuss the possibility of a more urgent visit.
