The procedure for obtaining a land plot:

  • Submission of an application. A serviceman or a combatant submits an application to local self-government bodies (city or village councils) or to state authorities.
  • Selection of a land plot. The applicant can choose a plot from those offered by local authorities or offer his/her own option if such a plot is not occupied and meets the requirements of the law.
  • Consideration of the application. Local or state authorities review the application and then make a decision on the land allocation.
  • Preparation of documentation. In case of a positive decision, it is necessary to prepare technical documentation for the land plot and register it in the State Land Cadastre.
  • Obtaining property rights. After completing all the procedures, the applicant receives the documents for the ownership of the land plot.

Required documents:

  • A copy of the passport and identification code.
  • Certificate of combatant status or documents confirming service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
  • Application for a land plot.

It is important to note that the realization of the right to receive a land plot may take some time due to administrative procedures.
