Extract from the SLC
An extract from the State Land Cadastre (SLC) is an official document that contains information about a land plot registered in the SLC, including its location, purpose, area, cadastral number and other important characteristics. This document is mandatory for any legal actions with land, such as sale and purchase, lease, change of designated purpose, etc.
What is the State Land Cadastre?
The State Land Cadastre (SLC) is a system of information about land in Ukraine, which records information about all land plots, their boundaries, sizes, owners and users. The SLC ensures transparency of land relations and protects the rights of land owners and users.

Legal aspects of obtaining an extract
Obtaining an extract from the SLC is regulated by the Law of Ukraine “On the State Land Cadastre” and the Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine establishing the procedure for registering land plots and providing information from the cadastre.
