Technical Building Inspection Report
A technical building inspection report is an official document compiled based on the results of the inspection of the structures and engineering systems of a property to determine its technical condition, degree of wear, presence of defects, and suitability for further operation. This report is a key part of the building safety assessment process and is mandatory for decision-making regarding reconstruction, remodeling, legalizing unauthorized construction, or changing the functional purpose of the building.
