  5. Engineering communications. Installation of power supply, water supply, sewerage, heating and ventilation is carried out in accordance with the requirements of DBN B.2.5-20:2018 “Gas Supply” and other regulatory documents.
  6. Finishing works. The final stage is the interior decoration of the house, installation of plumbing, doors, floor coverings and other interior elements.
  7. Putting the house into operation. Upon completion of the construction, the client receives the finished house along with all the necessary documentation, including a certificate of conformity and a technical passport.
