How to defend yourself or appeal against the results of an inspection by the SIAI
The State Inspectorate of Architecture and Urban Development (SIAD) performs an important function of control and supervision over compliance with the legislation in the oil and gas industry in Ukraine. - Absence of an authorized person. If an authorized person from the developer or owner of the facility is not present during the inspection, this may also be grounds for canceling the inspection results.
