Passport of the construction object<\/h2>\r\n

A construction project passport<\/strong> is a document that contains basic information about a construction project and is required for its identification and approval by the relevant authorities. Its execution is mandatory for construction works and plays an important role in the process of legalizing construction.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Who has the right to develop a construction project passport?<\/h2>\r\n

According to the current legislation of Ukraine, the following persons have the right to develop a construction project passport:<\/p>\r\n

    \r\n
  • Certified architects and design engineers.<\/strong> These specialists must have qualification certificates confirming their competence in the field of construction (in accordance with the Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Architectural Activity\u201d).<\/li>\r\n
  • Design organizations.<\/strong> These are legal entities engaged in the development of project documentation and have the appropriate experience and licenses to perform such work.<\/li>\r\n
  • Construction customers<\/strong> or their representatives. In this case, they engage specialists with the appropriate qualifications to prepare the passport.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

    It is important to note that a construction customer cannot develop a passport on its own without the participation of certified specialists.<\/p>\r\n
