Construction amnesty<\/h2>\r\n

The construction amnesty (dacha amnesty)<\/strong> is a procedure for legalizing unauthorized real estate that was built without obtaining the relevant permits. This initiative allows real estate owners to legalize their properties, avoid fines and obtain official ownership documents.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

What is subject to the construction amnesty?<\/h2>\r\n

According to Ukrainian law, the construction amnesty applies to:<\/p>\r\n

    \r\n
  • Private residential buildings, garden and country houses<\/strong> built before August 5, 1992.<\/li>\r\n
  • Individual residential, garden, and country houses with a total area of up to 500 square meters<\/strong>, as well as outbuildings and structures built between August 5, 1992, and April 9, 2015.<\/li>\r\n
  • Outbuildings<\/strong> (garages, sheds, summer kitchens, etc.) that do not exceed the established parameters in accordance with applicable regulations.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n
