How to put a house into operation <\/b><\/h2>\r\n

After the construction of a private house or an apartment building is completed, one of the most important stages is its commissioning.<\/p>\r\n

This procedure is mandatory because without it, the building is not considered legally complete and cannot be used for its intended purpose. Let’s take a closer look at how to properly formalize commissioning in Kyiv and Kyiv region.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

1. Preparation of documentation<\/h2>\r\n

Before submitting an application for commissioning, you must prepare all the necessary documents. This list includes:<\/p>\r\n

  • Documents for the ownership or lease of the land<\/strong> plot on which the building is located;<\/li>\r\n
  • Project documentation<\/strong>, which must be approved in accordance with the DBN (State Construction Norms of Ukraine);<\/li>\r\n
  • A document confirming the completion of construction<\/strong> – an act of readiness of the object for operation;<\/li>\r\n
  • Technical passport<\/strong> of the building, prepared by the BTI;<\/li>\r\n
  • Report on the implementation of technical supervision<\/strong> and report on the implementation of author’s supervision, if provided for by the project terms;<\/li>\r\n
  • Conclusion<\/strong> on the compliance of the construction with the DBN.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n
