This process includes preparation of documents, registration of ownership in state registers and obtaining a certificate.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<div id=\"\" class=\"wp-block-roseta-button pwmblock button\"><a id=\"\" class=\"orange-btn advice-btn linkbtn btn _modal-btn banner-form-btn\" href=\"#\" data-modal=\"banner-form-btn\">Register real estate<\/a><\/div>\r\n\r\n<h2><b>Stages of real estate title registration:<\/b><\/h2>\r\n<ol>\r\n<li><strong>Preparation of title documents.<\/strong> In order to formalize ownership, you need to have supporting documents for real estate. Such documents include: <br \/>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>a contract of sale, gift, or exchange;<\/li>\r\n<li>certificate of inheritance<\/li>\r\n<li>court decision;<\/li>\r\n<li>other legal documents (joint construction agreement, investment agreements).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Conducting a technical inventory<\/strong> (if necessary). A technical passport for a real estate object is prepared after a technical inventory, which involves assessing the actual condition and area of the object. This document is required for registration of ownership of newly constructed, reconstructed or overhauled facilities.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Obtaining a cadastral number<\/strong> (for land plots). If it is a land plot, you need to obtain a cadastral number. To do this, contact the State Land Cadastre. The procedure includes establishing the boundaries of the land plot and registering it with the SLC. It is impossible to register land ownership without a cadastral number.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Conclusion of a notarized agreement.<\/strong> In case of sale, donation or exchange of real estate, it is necessary to conclude a relevant agreement with a notary. The notary checks the title documents, the presence or absence of encumbrances on the property, and pays the state fee.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Registration of ownership in the State Register of Real Property Rights<\/strong>. After signing a contract or receiving an inheritance, the new owner must register his or her ownership. Registration is carried out through <strong>the State Registrar<\/strong> or a notary who is authorized to enter data into the register.
