the status of combatants in Ukraine is regulated by law and is one of the ways the state supports military personnel.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<div id=\"\" class=\"wp-block-roseta-button pwmblock button\"><a id=\"\" class=\"orange-btn advice-btn linkbtn btn _modal-btn banner-form-btn\" href=\"#\" data-modal=\"banner-form-btn\">Paid consultation<\/a><\/div>\r\n\r\n<h2>The right to receive a land plot:<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>Servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine<\/strong> and other law enforcement agencies who took part in hostilities have the right to receive a land plot free of charge.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Persons with the status of combatants also have this right.<\/strong> The status of combatant is granted on condition of participation in hostilities or performance of official duties in conflict zones.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2>Categories of land that can be provided:<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>For the construction and maintenance of a residential building<\/strong> (up to 0.10 hectares in the city, up to 0.25 hectares in villages).<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>For personal farming<\/strong> (up to 2.0 hectares).<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>For gardening<\/strong> (up to 0.12 hectares).<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>For summer cottage construction<\/strong> (up to 0.10 hectares).<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>For garage construction<\/strong> (up to 0.01 hectares).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<div id=\"\" class=\"wp-block-roseta-simple pwmblock simple section-padding-top-none section-padding-bottom-none autow\">\r\n<div class=\"simple__contblock\">\r\n<div plot:<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>Submission of an application.<\/strong> A serviceman or a combatant submits an application to local self-government bodies (city or village councils) or to state authorities.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Selection of a land plot.<\/strong> The applicant can choose a plot from those offered by local authorities or offer his\/her own option if such a plot is not occupied and meets the requirements of the law.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Consideration of the application.<\/strong> Local or state authorities review the application and then make a decision on the land allocation.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Preparation of documentation.<\/strong> In case of a positive decision, it is necessary to prepare technical documentation for the land plot and register it in the State Land Cadastre.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Obtaining property rights.<\/strong> After completing all the procedures, the applicant receives the documents for the ownership of the land plot.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2>Required documents:<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>A copy of the passport and identification code<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Certificate<\/strong> of combatant status or documents confirming service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Application for a land plot<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>It is important to note that the realization of the
