The notary uses this document to verify that the title documents comply with the actual condition of the property.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Putting a real estate object into operation.<\/strong> After the construction of a new building or reconstruction of an existing one is completed, a technical passport is a mandatory document for putting the object into operation.
