Registration of a court decision on real estate in Ukraine involves several stages and requires compliance with clear procedures.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Here is a step-by-step algorithm of actions:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Obtaining a court decision. Obtain the official text of the court decision, which contains all the necessary information about the real estate and the right holders.<\/li>\r\n<li>Preparation of documents. Prepare a package of documents, which includes:<br \/>A copy of the court decision with a stamp of entry into force.<br \/>Application for state registration of rights to real estate.<br \/>Documents confirming the applicant&#8217;s identity (passport, identification code).<br \/>A notarized power of attorney (if the registration is carried out through a representative).<br \/>Other documents that may be required in a particular case (for example, technical documentation for real estate).<\/li>\r\n<li>Submission of documents to the state registrar:<br \/>Submit the package of documents to the state registrar at the Center for the Provision of Administrative Services (CPAS) or to a notary who has the authority of the state registrar.<br \/>Pay the administrative fee for registration (if required by law).<\/li>\r\n<li>Verification of documents by the state registrar.
