This right allows the owner to possess, use, and dispose of the land at their own discretion within the limits established by law.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n<div id=\"\" class=\"wp-block-roseta-button pwmblock button\"><a id=\"\" class=\"orange-btn advice-btn linkbtn btn _modal-btn banner-form-btn\" href=\"#\" data-modal=\"banner-form-btn\">Register Land<\/a><\/div>\r\n\r\n<h2><b>Types of Ownership<\/b><\/h2>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In Ukraine, there are three types of land ownership:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Private<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014 the right of individuals and legal entities.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Municipal<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014 the right of territorial communities.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>State<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014 the right of the state.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The most common is private ownership, which is acquired through sale and purchase, gift, inheritance, privatization, etc.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<h2><b>Acquisition of Ownership Rights<\/b><\/h2>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The procedure for acquiring ownership is stipulated by Article 116 of the LCU.
