This standard sets the requirements for conducting inspections to assess the technical condition and compliance with safety standards.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Additionally, when inspecting foundations, it is necessary to consider <\/span><b>DBN V.2.1-10:2018<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8220;Foundations and Bases of Buildings and Structures. General Provisions&#8221;, which regulates the design and installation of foundations.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<h2><b>Inspection Procedure<\/b><\/h2>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The inspection of walls and foundations includes the following stages:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>1. Preparatory Stage<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Document Collection and Analysis:<\/strong> studying project, as-built, and technical documentation of the building.<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Inspection Planning:<\/strong> defining the scope, methods, and tools for the inspection.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3><strong>2.
