Obtaining Permission to Develop Land Management Documentation<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"579\" data-end=\"882\">The first step is to submit an application to the relevant local self-government authority (village, town, or city council) requesting permission to develop a land management project for acquiring the land into ownership. The content requirements for the documentation are regulated by the State Building Codes (DBN) and the Law of Ukraine &#8220;On Land Management.&#8221;<\/p>\r\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"1179\" data-end=\"1221\"><strong>Step 3.
