Party Identification<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"844\" data-end=\"998\">The agreement should clearly identify the landlord and tenant, indicating their legal status (individual, legal entity, local authority).<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"1000\" data-end=\"1039\"><strong>2.
