A land lease agreement is a civil contract that establishes the legal relationship between the lessor and the lessee. However, equally important as concluding it is the proper termination of the land lease agreement<\/strong>, which requires compliance with legal regulations and the terms of the agreement itself.<\/p>\r\n\r\n According to Article 31 of the Law of Ukraine “On Land Lease”<\/strong><\/a>, the grounds for termination may include:<\/p>\r\n Expiration of the agreement term;<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n Expropriation of the land plot for public needs;<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n Voluntary refusal by one of the parties (with mutual consent);<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n Systematic violation of the agreement terms;<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n Death of the individual lessee (unless otherwise provided);<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n Court ruling on termination of the agreement;<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n Other cases provided by the agreement or the law.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nGrounds for Termination of a Land Lease Agreement<\/h2>\r\n
