This document contains information on:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>permissible building parameters,<\/li>\r\n<li>restrictions on height and building area,<\/li>\r\n<li>conditions of connection to utility networks.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Obtaining a MOU is mandatory for all construction projects. This document is issued by local urban planning and architecture authorities on the basis of the master plan of the settlement.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>2. Technical conditions for connection to utility networks<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>To connect to water supply, sewage, electricity, and gas supply networks, it is necessary to obtain the relevant technical conditions from service providers.
