The term of a land lease agreement may not exceed 50 years.<\/p>\r\n<p>A land lease agreement is concluded in writing and may be notarized. After that, the procedure will be the same as in paragraph 2.<\/p>\r\n<h2>Lease of land under a building that is owned<\/h2>\r\n<p><strong>If there is a building or structure on the land plot that you own, the algorithm of actions will be as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Preparation of a land management project by a land management organization <\/li>\r\n<li>Approval of such a land management project <\/li>\r\n<li>Registration of the land plot in the State Land Cadastre and assignment of a cadastral number. Obtaining an extract from the State Land Cadastre<\/li>\r\n<li>Approval of the land management project by the local council<\/li>\r\n<li>Conclusion of a lease agreement<\/li>\r\n<li>Registration of the right to lease a land plot<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>This is the easiest way to execute a land lease agreement, as you are already the actual land user.<\/p>\r\n<p>Lease of a land plot without buildings and\/or structures<\/p>\r\n<p>If you want to lease land on which there are no buildings or structures, you will most likely need to participate in a land auction.<\/p>\r\n<p>Cases in which land plots are leased without bidding are defined in <a href=\"https:\/\/zakon.rada.gov.ua\/laws\/show\/2768-14#Text\">Article 124 of the Land Code of Ukraine.<\/a><\/p>\r\n<h2>Algorithm of participation in land auctions:<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>monitoring of announcements on planned land auctions ;<\/li>\r\n<li>registration on the electronic platform;<\/li>\r\n<li>submission of an application for participation;<\/li>\r\n<li>payment of registration and guarantee fees;<\/li>\r\n<li>preparation of a package of documents;<\/li>\r\n<li>participation in the
